Channel Partner Program
The purpose of the Channel Partner Program is to provide Sales, Marketing,
and Technical support to partners constructing systems using
Hanwha Vision products and Solutions.

TargetSystem Integrators, Installers, Value added Resellers.

Signing of
Partner Agreement & NDA
For the partner’s benefit and to secure business information, signature of
the Partner Agreement and the Non-disclosure Agreement is required.
Commitment to a sales
and marketing plan agreed
with Hanwha Vision
Hanwha Vision does not supply products directly in some countries.
Where it does not, all Hanwha Vision products are to be supplied by authorized
dealer(s).
Attendance at
Hanwha training courses
It is necessary to take online and offline training courses as required.
Availability of
Hanwha Demo equipment
An adequate amount of Hanwha products should be available for demonstration
and presentation.

To boost partner’s sales operations, various printouts, promotional and
other marketing materials.
Co-marketing Support

Road shows, Ad. Etc.)
Not only are manpower and product support provided for partners arranging
exhibitions or seminars; the cost of advertising them can be shared with
Hanwha Vision as well.
Partner Certificate A Partner Certificate is issued by Hanwha Vision, to certify the partnership of
the certificate holder.

Registration of partner
name on website
Partners are granted access to Hanwha Vision’s security partner program portal,
where benefits and information can be found. The partner’s logo is displayed
on the web-portal.
Apply VOC into
Product Development
The valued opinions of partners are welcomed and given priority consideration in
development of Hanwha Vision’s product range.
Information on
New products
Partners will be the first to hear the latest news and information about
Hanwha Vision’s new product range.
Sharing of details of
successful projects
Case studies and success stories of project implementations by Hanwha Vision
and fellow partners.
Monthly Partner
E-News
A monthly E-News newsletter is published every month, to provide partners with
the latest Hanwha Vision information, including product introductions,
service details, reports on and plans for events, and other news.

Technical Support
for Projects
Partners are provided with Hanwha Vision’s technical support to resolve problems
and troubleshoot product settings at the earliest possible stage of
a project’s implementation.
Training Product/Technical
Training
Hanwha Vision offers training and educational assistance to partners to build up
their professional competence in the field of video surveillance.
Product/Technical
online Training
Partners are offered online tutorials and technical information on Hanwha Vision
products and technologies.
