Silver. Gold and Diamond Partners benefit from a 5 year warranty program that covers parts and
labour on all Hanwha Vision IP cameras and NVR’s, with the exception of zoom/focus functionality,
pan/tilt motor assembled. slip-rings and HDDs which all remain at 3 years.

Hanwha will provide a quick replacement for faulty product, without waiting for return and
analysis to be completed at our Service Centre, reducing the overall down time of project installation.
